The VRS-II voice response system is a flexible PC based platform using industry standard components that can "front end" Porta Systems fault management and test products. VRS allows technicians and customers to perform trouble reporting and line test activities without the need for operator assistance. This system provides 7x24 availability and enhances accessibility to key business functions.
