The 508PC1 Connector Block is part of an assembly consisting of a protected connector and a terminal block designed specifically for CAM distributing frame applications. The Model 508PC1/PTS-100 is pre-attached via a service cable to a variety of 100 pair terminal blocks equipped with single or bifurcated wire wrap or quick-clip terminals. The block is 9" (22.8 cm) high, 4.8" (12.2 cm) wide and extends only 2.2" (5.5 cm) from the vertical mounting and utilizes a full range of single-pin modules, including DELTA, and solid state modules.

Variety of Protection
These protector modules are equipped with integral test points and are available in DELTA, solid state, gas tube, or radial carbon versions with or without heat coil sneak current protection. A full order of color-coded special purpose protector modules are also available.

Designation Area
Ample designation area is provided for cable numbers and pair count. The block itself is screened for easy pair and lead identification.

Replaceable Pins
All wire wrap pins on the Model 508PC1 connector are field replaceable.

Stubbing
The Model 508PC1 is available with a factory pre-attached outside plant cable stub. Specify 22 or 24 AWG cable, length and whether top or bottom stubbed, when ordering.
