The Porta Systems Series 28 eXtra Large BET
(XLBET) is a high-density rack mounted protection solution.
The XLBET mounts 6 units high on a standard 23" rack
providing protection for 1800 pairs. RJ21 connectors mounted
on the top section of the rack allow for easy cabling to
telephony equipment. The rear side of the rack provides 3600
pairs of 110 connector blocks for cross connection between
the XLBETs and equipment cabling. 2400 pairs can be mounted
without cross connection for direct building entrance
protection
Complete 1800 or 2400 pair racks can be
ordered or individual components can be ordered for custom
applications.
The XLBET utilizes industry standard 5-Pin
protector modules.
